Lynn M. Lockwood, B.A., G.C0.
Lynn Matthews Lockwood grew up in France, Belgium and the variety of other places where the US Army Medical Corps posted her doctor father during her first twenty years. Throughout her international childhood, Lynn met wonderful missionary mentors, including BLF founders Abe and Mary and Bud and Charlotte Kroeker. She attended French schools early in her life and graduated from Wheaton College in 1985 with BA degrees in Elementary education and French. She completed a Graduate Certificate in Bible at Multnomah Seminary in 1990. Lynn taught 5th grade in Moses Lake, Washington, then served in Valence, France for eight years with OC International (One Challenge), in youth, prayer and support ministries. She married Jason Lockwood in 1995 and they are raising their three sons in Marysville, WA. Lynn is active in missions and children’s ministries at Mountain View Presbyterian Church, where she is currently an elder on Session.
Karl Eisenmenger, B.A.
The son of a Presbyterian pastor, Karl’s family was involved full time in Christian Ministry (German, Swiss and French). Karl graduated from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, then entered the United States Army and served on the island of Okinawa, Japan. Karl met his wife Elizabeth as she was leaving the United States for missions service in Iran with ChristStar ( then International Missions ). Upon her return to the USA they married and raised a family of three children. Liz is an accomplished Theater Arts & Drama Teacher at Clifton High School in New Jersey. Karl trained as an engineer and has applied his skills as a Geologist and later in the field of Aviation.He has worked for 33 years for a major French aircraft manufacturer, DASSAULT AVIATION. He travels cross culturally serving in missions and as manager in secular business. Karl serves as Elder in the Grace Church of Clifton, New Jersey. Karl and Liz have assisted Biblical Literature Fellowship since 1996 as part of a team helping increase efficiency in publishing and printing Christian Literature in French to establish the French speaking church.

Tom is a seasoned business executive with over 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He now serves as a Business Consultant and is highly regarded for his effective oral and written communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, negotiating skills in Labor Relations and managing change in business planning and process improvement.
Gerald R. Hendricks, A.A.A.
Gary and his wife Laurene are from Des Moines, Iowa and have one daughter, Elizabeth. In 1995, Gary was challenged by the missions director at his local church to look beyond the local spectrum of missions and participate in a short term “Impressions Team” missions outreach with BLF. Since then Gary has supported the I.T. technical and management needs of BLF. His passion is to reach the Francophone world as well as others worldwide for Jesus Christ .
Donnell “Ray” Sanford Jr currently serves as the Vice President, Organizational Development of One Challenge. Ray served in management with AT&T Corporation in the 70’s and 80’s and then moved into missions in 1986. He and his family served in France for 12 years before returning to the headquarters of OC to minister through mission leadership. He has formal education as an electrical engineer, in business administration and in missions. He and Diane have four grown children, three married with four grandchildren.
